Chris Bors is a New York City-based artist who uses a variety of media, including painting, photography and video. His work is based on appropriation, autobiographical references, and obsessive personality traits, which can be traced to a steady diet of television, underground comics, and hardcore punk music. His art has been exhibited at PS1 MoMA, White Columns, and Sixtyseven in New York, Casino Luxembourg in Luxembourg, and the Videoex Festival in Zurich. Reviews and publications include The New York Times, Time Out New York, K48, Vogue Italia, and zingmagazine. He is the director of the fake gallery Triton Gallery, LLC.
